Where is Rustic Paws located?

Our showroom and manufacturing headquarters is located in Orderville, Utah, between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, in Southern Utah on scenic Highway 89. ( Our address and a map are here )

   

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped free to the lower 48 U.S. states by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
If you require expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or places outside the U.S.,
please contact us directly to arrange shipping method and cost.

 

Can the products be cleaned?

The wood surfaces may be cleaned as you would any other piece of fine wood furniture. The pads in the beds maybe be removed for washing. The faux felt on the cat trees may be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

 

What size bed or other furniture should I buy for my pet?

Measure your pet while he is laying down as he normally does anywhere.
1. Measure from the nose or front legs to the back legs or rump.
2. Add 9” to 12” inches.
Pick the size of the bed that will best fit that measurement.
It is usually better to buy a bed that is too large than one that is too small.
